It is important to me to continue developing my own and others skills in the snow scene. With this in mind, during 2017 the NZSIA and SSNZ team and I started to develop the Snow Sports Coaching pathway. I bring the skills as an SBINZ Trainer/Examiner, banked slalom competitor and ex-paralympian coach to this area and want to share my knowledge to up and coming coaches and the schools they work in.

Today, there are opportunities for certified instructors to participate in the Introduction to Coaching sessions and use this theory during the on-snow days. Click here to learn more about the NZ Introduction to Coaching pathway. 

CAMP3 SNOWBOARING was born in 2017 with Keith Stubbs and I realising there was an opportunity to coach up and coming instructors. We have these running in NZ, Japan and France.
